Healthy Banana Muffins

It is the new year and most people are looking for a way to still eat the things they enjoy, with less calories. This recipe is just that! These easy banana muffins satisfy your sweet tooth and leave you feeling guilt free!


Ingredients needed..

2 Bananas

2 Eggs

2 Tbs honey

1 Cup peanut butter

2 Tsp vanilla

1/2 Tsp baking powder

Chocolate chips (optional)


For this recipe you will also need a cupcake tin, liners, and a blender to mix everything together.


Let's get started..

1. Using the blender mix all of your ingredients together except chocolate chips

2. Pour into the cupcake tin

3. Add your chocolate chips to each muffin, I suggest three each


Baking..

1. Heat the oven to 400 degrees

2. Bake the muffins for ten minutes

3. Let cool, and enjoy!


This recipe is just that easy! For my muffins I chose to shred a few Hershey Kisses and sprinkle on top. The finished product was very moist and delicious. I hope that you try this recipe at home and enjoy them as much as I did!
